Are U.S. diplomas recognized in Canada?

Hi,

I have applied for Canadian PR, but in the meantime my children have gone off to U.S. universities (cheaper than Canadian Universities). If we get the PR could my children easily transfer to a Canadian university at the same level that they are in the U.S and can their credits be transferred? They are attending accredited universities in the U.S.

Hi,

As long as they are in accredited universities in the US, there should be no worries, however, moving hours credits could vary between universities.. So better approach the potential ones before moving.
