I am a software developer and I recently got a good opportunity to work for a good and new company, they are a registered firm with 5 full time employees. I was wondering, does working for an year odd old startup hinder or damage the pr application in the near future?
Are there limitations/restrictions on working for startups?

Working for another startup with salary should not be any problem at all.
I would be more interested in cases when you start your own company but did not have salary and no revenue at all. Will company registration certificate and Tax clearance from authorized agency sufficient to justify for work employment ?
