Are there any specific timings for doing immigration formalities at Toronto Pearson

Even though I have already booked my wife's ticket I was wondering if there are any specific timings for doing the formalities as a landed immigrant? She's going to arrive super early around 5.30ish at Toronto Pearson.

We have still have time until December so I wouldn't mind changing flights if that's the case.

Immigration and customs are 24x7 so 0530 not an issue although probably not able to get a SIN but that is easy enough at Service Canada once out of the airport.
