Are there a lot of people in between 450 and 452?

I'm wondering if a lot at 450, 451, 452.
I will be at 452 soon after a few days. By that time the system will deem that my work experience is one year.
But my english test score is really low. Should I prepare and take another english test? I don't really want to and it's now that easy for me to do so....and it's expensive for me 299cad...
