Are international students supposed to get any kind of health card?

in ontario, are we supposed to apply for a health card or any other kind of health assurance?

what i got is only from the school, it's called "guard me", it has emergency medical expense claim form with it.

so is this the replacement for the health card canadians has or this is way different? is this even reliable?

arent you paying university health insurance plan (uhip) in ontario of 678 dollars every year.

i dont know about that, but my college gave me that guard me medical expense claim form.
