Is it OK to fill some fields in forms that cannot be accommodated in forms when printing (because we cannot change the font size in PDF forms)?

Absolutely fine. In fact, most people have to write in several n/a's to ensure you don't leave any blanks and "present" for the to date on your current job and activities.

Yes its fine to fill hand written. As mentioned in the above post, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BLANK - IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FILL, JUST FILL "N/A".

Remember once the application is filled..make a photo copy so that it will be usefull when u fill again while submitting to CHC in ur country.
