Hi all,

I've been living in Canada with my wife on a study permit while we waited for the PR process to finish (we applied Outland). The VO just returned my passport with the visa and my COPR and we are going to drive down to the border so I can flagpole.

I have been reading some of the threads regarding the landing process. Some of them say if you are already in Canada, you don't need to fill out the B4 forms to import your stuff because they are already with you in Canada, but other threads say that you have to declare the items imported before you landed on the B4 forms anyway. Most of the stuff in our apartment was bought in Canada but a few things were purchased outside of Canada - should I fill out a B4 form to declare those items or not? I'm a bit confused.

Thank you!!

No you paid taxes on them already . If you have any thing at home that you want to bring at a later date then use the B4 form, other wise nope no need too.

Thanks taffy! I don't think there's anything at home that I would want to bring at a later date so I guess I don't need either of the B4 forms after all.
