ARC and removal fee payement in mexico visa office7

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has had to apply for ARC in mexico visa office? We were recently requested to submit explanation letter and fees but we are having a.little confusion about how to pay our fees. ON the letter it says certified cheque or bank draft but since there are two seperate fees would that mean two.separte payement? When i check online it give the option to just pay it by credit card which would be alot less complicated and just print the reciept but since the letter didnt give this option i was wondering anyone done it simply on the cic website?? Would it be a.problem to use a canadian credit card i am.just confused since it says visa office wont accept recipt of payement made in canada!!Thank you in advance!

I would suggest that you get a bank draft for each payment separate and send the VO both copies. I am sure there are others that have done this through Mexico before.

I submitted my ARC documents to Ottawa so I payed my fee through the CIC website and sent in the receipt with my documents.

Hope someone else can give you better information.
