April 2017 AOR, still waiting, please advise

I submitted my express entry application in April 2017 and they are going through my background check since Nov 2017.

Its been a long time and I really want an answer from CIC.

Someone please advise what should I do (other than waiting which I am doing since a long time)

I logged in today and my status was "Application/Profile updated", but there was no change inside the profile. any thoughts?
