Hello,
is anyone on the forum who applied in April, 2013?

I applied first of may and didnt hear anything yet

They are working on mid-March applications now.

Is that is why I didnt receive any acknowledgement nor in the CIC website it says anything?

yes, as I can see, the applicants of early-mid March are posting their updated statuses - available on e-cas, no mail from CIC yet.

fingers crossed by the end of this month we'll see our e-cas status changed to application received.

Hi, any updates for April applicatns yet?

Still waiting for updates...

My application was returned (letter dated May 14; it was mailed May 15). Reason: they are asking me to "provide photocopies of the biographical pages of all passports for the (4) year period preceding the date of [the] application". But I DID include that.

I've been trying to contact them but once I get to the desired option the system says it's too busy and hang up. :(

That's sad. Are they blind or so careless that they could not the the photocopy of the passport? Can you see those photocopies in that package they sent you back?

There is no point in contacting them, especially if they sent the package back. I would redo them all together and add the cover letter with detailed description of what you are sending plus add all the t4 & option c for all the years lived in Canada to prevent any other questions and hesitations about the residence period.

Yes, everything is stapled together (they stapled it) and absolutely no document is missing from the application. It's all there.
