Appyling visitor visa for my wife while waiting the process of sponsership

Hi All


please could you help, I am Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife outland, my sponsorship application approved, and they sent my wife PR application to VO (Amman) (because she is Iraqi)

now I am planning to apply a visitor visa for her so she can come and spend sometime in Canada during the long process,

what you think and how this could effect the process of her application, and if it is possible to get this visitor visa or it is impossible,
and the important thing , does this effect the immigration process in negative way or they may delay it for her??

please advise ?

Applying for a TRV won't have any effect on the PR app. Note that the chances of the TRV being approved are very low.
