Approximate waiting time between AOR and medicals

It all depends when you applied and nobody can tell what is the best time to apply. I got my AOR after 4.5 months and medical request after 1 month of AOR. But people who applied after 3-4 days after me, got their AOR and MR within 2months. They already got their PR n I'm still waiting for my Passport Request.
