Can anybody tell the approximate time to fill the 5000 cap of FSWP. I just gonna apply for WES tomorrow. Gathered all other required documents. 3215 is my category. Plz help, so that I can decide whether to apply in this year or wait for the 2014 list?

There's no guarantee there will be a 2014 list. CIC may not re-open until 2015 and EOI. I would go ahead and apply this year.

ohh really... but what my concern is, whether the cap fill even before I apply or not... coz from this forum itself came to know that wes assessment need nearly two months to complete.. is it beneficial if I am applying via 3 days rush service of WES? plz reply

Dear applee,

WES regular service is 7 working days from the date they recieve all documents in required form & procedure. I don't know from where you found this two month period. The only thing I recommend you to send your document through well known courier (3 to 5 days) and pay WES extra $ 100 so that they can send report via courier (3 to 5 days) too. If you don't pay extra $100, then WES will send your report through regular post which might take 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location/region.

I would recommend you to act immediately, prepare your application and apply as soon as possible.

Dear Abu,

Sorry to contradict you. But, my experience is EXCELLENT about WES. I received my ECA report in 7 days via 'normal postal mail' method. Even I was assuming it will take at least a fortnight. But, God tussi great ho! :)

Even I got my WES report exactly in 5 days in ordinary canada post........ Besides, 3 days rush service is no more available..... I guess

You are lucky man, that's what I would say. It wouldn't be same for everyone. Paying $100 to secure quick service is worthy if we compare it with total amount which one will spend to apply for PR. And also, total 5000 CAP is becoming important too along with the 300 sub-CAP. The applicant will have to consider both CAPs now.

Hi all, as you all said, I started FSWP initial procedure, ie, send documents to WES for ECA. Hope will be getting assessed reports in a couple of months. Here is some more doubts, 1. while applying FSWP, which mode of payment is better? DD or cheque? 2. How much bank balance I need to shown and when? and finally 3. Whether all applicants are on same queue, or it's based on NOC? Plz clarify
