Approx time to cap reaching

Hi experts,
I am applying for FSW mechanical engineering 2132 but since my ielts and Eac process are due to be completed by June 20 and expecting to get the checklist ready by june 22 do you think i have a chance to submit documents to CIC.

Please share your experience.

I was hoping ders some procedure and time limit and as per the experience of members applied in previous years il get some vital ifo.

If you submit by June, you will probably make it in the Cap for NOC 2132

Dont worry, express entry will be open in jan 2015. So if any body will unable to apply now he can apply in 2015.

I am in the same situation that I need a new bank letter, which will not arrive until end of next week at the earliest. Was talking to someone and advised that people who did not make it will probably have the full set of documents ready and send it immediately once the application is opened. I was told that if I could not get my application in CIO by end of the week, the chance is very slim, if not next to zero. I will still give it a try though.

With the response from University and waiting time from wes i am in no place to get it done by June 22. I am feeling the pressure now.
