I am currently in US on F1 OPT. I have a masters degree from United states and over 1 year of work experience. I gave IELTS back in 2016 and got a great score. I am again appearing for IELTS in Aug for Express entry. I am sure I will be able to score CLB 9 or CLB 10, my approx CRS score will be around 444-456. Should I wait for FSW scores to go down or should I come to Canada as a student? Please give me your opinion. If anyone knows good PNP programs I could apply to please let me know. Thank you.
