What about Lmia's that are just approved and candidates
Are creating profiles with these approved lmia's
Before Nov 19.
Will they get 600 points?

No, it does not work that way. They will check the rules at the date when you get ITA. So even if they did not manage to upade EE software points calculation and you get ITA on 19th November of after, they will check it according to the valid law.

So all your hope is that there will be 1 more draw before it where you could still go through - something you cannot influence at all. All you have left is to hope and pray.
