approval of permanent residence under LCP

Hi, i just want to asked if how long it will take for the approval of my permanent residence after the medical of my dependent? Because it's been 4 months since they have their medical done. And there is no problem about their health conditions, they are cleared.

I'm under the Live in Caregiver Program...
