approval for refused cases in new session 2015

Hello sir/madam...

I got refusal from Canadian high commission due to some circumstances occurred when I got call from embassy interviewer for MPNP. I am working in my office from 2009 to till date but after interview got refusal. Now I want to submit my new case with same documents because I am a genuine employee. Is there any negative point due to my last time refusal when I will file my new case?. It is a blood relation case and the file will be same. Plz reply for this....

Yes they do ask if you were refused earlier and it will impact your application if you lied on application earlier or if they thought so. You must consult an immigration lawyer on this and have some good representative or if you feel confident enough that you have enough information, you can reapply/appeal yourself

There was misunderstanding between my employer and interviewer and they replied me that we are not satisfied with you and your employer.my all documents are genuine.

sometime employers are kept out of pictures you need to tell them of your application. It's okay you can apply again. Did you got refusal on MPNP level or CIC level? If you are in MPNP level, I got refusal too, well not exactly but some documents were missing ( Notarized Education Documents, Original Working Experience Certificates and IELTS) it took me 6 to 7 months to gather these documents and submit it to them. It took them 11 months to respond to me but now it's 6 month.

I got call from Canadian embassy at 8.15 in night and that time I was stuck in traffic. I told to interviewer plz call me after some time. He called me with in 5 minute at that time I was again in traffic. As much as possible I gave answer to interviewer in traffic. My employer was in social meeting at the interview time.he gave answer as much as possible.but I got refusal after 2 months.
