Information is widely available if you google.

You will not be able to immediately use your degree to work in Canada. You'll need to go through a process that will likely take several years before you'll be able to practice in Canada. Suggest you start reading here:

Best chances of being able to practice in Canada is if you are in family medicine. Smaller more rural communities have difficulties recruiting doctors so there are some programs that target IMGs. Although your German training will likely make practicing in Canada easier than other countries it is still not an easy process and there is a surplus of graduates in certain specialties.
