Hi all,
I am currently doing my Masters in UBC and graduating this Aug .My course completion letter, which can be downloaded from the website, will be posted only in September . My study permit expires on Oct 31. Meanwhile, I am planning to visit my hometown (Aug-Oct 1st week) for personal reasons. So can I apply my post-graduate work visa online from my country (During Sep) and give my present residential address (Canada) for receiving the visa as my friend will be here to collect it? Is my presence physically needed?? Does it work similar to Co-Op visa??. Please help me with this people.
