Applying without spouse

I am preparing my application for EE and am married. My spouse is currently on H1-B working in US. Can I apply without him?

I am preparing my application for EE and am married. My spouse is currently on H1-B working in US. Can I apply without him?

You may apply as married and spouse non-accompanying this way no need for spouse IELTS, ECA, and biometrics. On the other hand still PCCs, funds and Meds are still required for admissibility purposes However it has been said in the future you would struggle sponsoring your spouse.
