Applying with fiancée

I am from an arranged marriage culture. I recently got engaged, however the marriage won't take place until the start of next year. Under such circumstances, I want to know is there any way that I can apply me PR application with her?

It's difficult. If you don't qualify for common law because you haven't lived together for 12 months and you are able to get married but are choosing not to, you have the option of making your fiance non accompanying and sponsoring later, or delaying your application until you are married.

I would be standing at 480 points by next week. I don't expect to have any thing at least till Aug this year. If let's say something happens like marriage, then spouse factor would contribute against me and I would end up with 448 points. Under such circumstances I need an advice.

Is it possible that I get my PR, do landing and come back to my home country and right away apply for her PR while living together with her and once she gets it I make my permenant move to Canada or I need to live in Canada in order to sponsor her?

I believe you must be in Canada to sponsor her, although I'm not 100%.

448 is a very promising score as the points are predicted to drop shortly.

You could attempt to create an ee profile now with her as a spouse and explain your situation however you do stand the chance if rejection and will instead have to apply at a later date.

You should just apply as single and start the process. Once you get married you can add her to the application without your points being recalculated. If you're still not married after receiving PPR, delay your landing until you get married, add your spouse to the application and then land together. That should solve your problem. If you land before you get married, you will need to sponsor her later.

Many people from arranged marriage culture register a civil marriage way ahead of the religious marriage / big reception to facilitate visa issues. My wife and I had a civil marriage 4 months before the church wedding and reception as we needed to change our Indian passports and apply for a visa for our honeymoon. If that's an option you could consider.
