Applying Visa for mom. I am a new PR not yet arrived in Canada.

I recently got my PR through express entry. I am now in the US with my mom (who is visiting me in US). I was planning to move to Canada soon to setup my life there, and since my mom is here, was planing to have her visit too. So, for this, I was applying for a visiting visa for my mom.

In the required document for my mom's application, they ask for documents like Proof of financial resource of supporter, invitation letter and proof of means of support.

I have enough amount in my account to show as proof for her expenses, but they ask to show it in Canadian bank account, which I don't have. My accounts are in US. I checked if I can start a Canadian bank account, but they want me to be in Canada if I need to start a Canadian account. What do I show as proof of financial resource of supporter?

Similarly since I have never been to Canada, can I write her invitation letter? Also, my mom does not have any bank account, so can I show my bank account as proof for of financial support.

Please do help. Let me know what I can do.

Your mother should apply for a visitor visa without an invitation letter since you aren't in Canada yet.

Please remember your mother has to show she has means to support herself. It doesn't matter that you are sponsoring her, SHE has to prove she can take care of herself financially during the trip.
