Applying under CEC for PR after having one application under EE PNP already

In my first PR application EE PNP I have attached a legal document saying I have used two names (Harsimran Singh AND Harsimran Singh Saini), The first name (Harsimran Singh) was never used in Canada, but only in India. The name on my passport and all Canadian documents (Harsimran Singh Saini) is same.

Should I mention this in my second PR application too EE CEC that i have used two names or can I skip it? And if I skip it, will it be considered misrepresentation or lying?

If you have claimed that you used two names, you should maintain it in the secodnapplictaion.

However, using you first and middle name, or a combination of first and last name, excluding your middle names does not constitute use of two names.

I have one EE PNP in process since last 22Sep 2020 and another EE CEC 14July 2021. My first PNP application has not moved since the medical got passed.
So I applied for the EE CEC and its been more than 45 days thers no change in uci, medical or biometric status. I had a ghost update after 3 weeks of AOR tho.

My medicals are expiring on 9 sep 2021. I have used same medical for both application.

Every other person i know who applied under EE CEC near to my AOR date, have gotten medical, biometric and UCI update but not mine.

What could be the reason?

while making second application, EE CEC , did you mention your first EE PNP application number while submitting EE profile?

Yes. I did. I attached a LOE. My EE CEC application was never worked on. I asked IRCC in Twitter DM and i wad told i cant have two EE applications at one time. Its been 3 Months and my EE CEC got 0 updates.
But luckily my EE PNP got approved after 1 year. So I am gonna withdraw my EE CEC.
