Hi,
I'm planning to continue my education in Canada, get a master's degree that is. I passed my IELTS in April 2021, and thus it will expire in April 2023. From what I've read, your IELTS certificate must be valid at the time of application, but no definite information is given what happens if it expires in the process (by the end of it).
Normally, universities make the final decision in March / April (sometimes even May), so I'm afraid that my IELTS certificate will not be valid by this time. Does it matter? If I understand correctly, you don't need IELTS to get a student visa. As a result, the only stumbling block is the procedures followed by educational institutions. Have anyone been in a situation like this?
I would love to hear your opinion!
