Hello, I'm a colombian international student who didn't apply on time for study permit. Long story short I was studying at another college in Toronto, but I decided to change colleges and my current college didn't tell me on time that I had to apply for a new study permit when doing this. I already did everything else, I already informed IRCC of this change, and I have my caq and acceptation letter, but I understand that I still need to renew study permit. To do this as fast as possible I found the direct student stream, which applies for colombian studies, and basically it ensures a 20 calendar day processing time of a study permit application. I currently meet all of the requirements to apply this way, exept that my IELTS is expired. I was wondering if I can still apply if I show proof that I studied at a college that also asked for my IELTS. Thank you

No you need valid IELTs results to apply. Doesn’t matter that you are studying at the college now. Also SDS stream is not being processed in 20 days due to Covid. Many have been waiting months. So are you studying now with a study permit and not at the school you got your original permit? This time doesn’t count towards PGWP.
