Applying to PR, but wondering if my application will refuse because my autism child

Hi there,
I am applying to PR under PNP, with my wife and 3 kids, but one of my child have mild autism, we got the nomination from the province, but i am wondering if i can submit my PR application file with just mentioning that my son have a serious disease or physical or mental disorder. until they ask me for his medical report.
Or i will submit his doctor report with the application?

You may need to provide additional information about his diagnosis, therapy requirements, etc. In general, cases with a child with mild autism are approved. Would look into how difficult it may be to get services for your child and backlogs especially if your child is currently receiving good services. In most province parents have to heavily subsidize treatment although most can’t afford as much therapy as they would want for their child.
