Applying to Ontario PNP as self-employed

Can anyone with the documents required to submit while applying as self-employed? How can I prove the job responsibilities I performed since I have no superior. Most of my revenue came from companies like Google & Apple as an app developer and they do not provide any reference letter, just the payment references.
