Could you help me with these:
Formulaire D'engagement
- in the question about the status - my partner is divorced so he should write divorced or de facto spouse?
Application for Selection Certificate.
- in Section 4 they ask to choose on category - sponsor's spouse / de facto spouse / conjugal partner.
de facto spouse = common-law partner, right?
As I live with my partner, I mark the first option as YES. - Do I leave the other option or mark is as NO? ???
I'm sorry if my question seems silly but I couldn't find any help with them on the internet. Maybe after the hell of filling in papers for PR I became a bit paranoid about each single detail as well. :-\
