applying to extend my study permit

hello.
i have completed my 3 semester in seneca college of applied arts & technology for a 2 year diploma program. but i have a query i have a bad study record i will not be able to complete my study within my study permit which expires on 31 july. i am planning to extend my study permit will there be any consequences for the extension?

As long as you are registered in courses and reasonably within a period to complete the course, you should be fine.
