Hi,
I want to apply super visa or TRV for my mom whose refugee case was denied and left Canada within given time frame.
now I am pregnant and expecting a child and its going to be my C-section so I want my mom to be with me as she is my moral and emotional support and she can also take care of my other kids .I want to know is there any chances for her to get visa ?or any other suggestion .
Thanks in advance

There is always some chance your mother will be approved however none of us can give you a % chance. It will certainly be more difficult for your mother to be approved given her failed refugee claim. She will need to provide substantial evidence that shows she has strong ties to her home country and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. I would go for a regular TRV rather than a super visa. A super visa indicates she's trying to come for a long visit.

btw. you can't apply anything. your mother has to do it and make sure she has significant proof that her life back home is good enough. CIC may be worried about the past refugee application and needs to be convinced that she will go back.
