I am currently in US on L1B visa since Jan 2009 [1.5 Yrs]. I want to apply PR, and I have a question for which I have not got clear answer to proceed. Please find my question.
My Visa expires on Apr 2011 and the company which i work for mostly will extend my Visa. If I start the process now and during the middle of this process, if I have to go back to India [If extension is not done], how to proceed on this. If I notify CIC regarding address of communication change will help the proceeding of PR visa, or should I start from scratch from India.
