applying pr, plz help how to proceed in spouse case??

I came to canada as student in 2011and got approved for manitoba provincial nominee program on sep2013.

In pr application form, can I add spouse details before marriage?? Probably I would marry in may 2014.

Or
I should add inform to cic for spouse details after marriage??

Please anyone can help me

You can't add them until you are actually married. Then you must inform CIC, so that your spouse can be added to the application.
