hi all,

im from pakistan, My husband was a student in Quebec canada and i got rejected once for a visitor visa because they were not satisfied about me leaving canada at the end of my stay, even though i showed my recent employment and my past working experience. after rejection we are thinking about the following process. please read and help and suggest.
- my husband is going to graduate and is going to apply for PGWP and my visit visa together.
-ill show sufficient funds to support my visit
- we are trying to tell the truth here, i want to simply live with him as long as he works there and leave canada when he does (when his work permit expires)
-is there a higher chances of my visit visa approval if he applies it with his PGWP? ??
-open work permit will take almost 6-8 months after he gets 3-6 months experience of his own ,, which makes a year of wait. i have already waited for a year of long distance after marriage.. dont want to do it again. please suggest.

As you've already been refused earlier, IMO, you must not reapply for another TRV especially as your husband's PGWP has not been approved yet. Also, stating the obvious that you want to stay with him for the duration of his PGWP won't work for your new TRV app.

You may either reapply for a TRV after his PGWP is approved provided you are able to demonstrate exceptionally strong ties and/or a significant change in your personal/professional circumstances after your previous refusal.

Or better still, you may want to apply for a SOWP after your husband starts working and gets at least 3 pay slips in a job that's NOC 0, A or B. He does not need 3-6 months of work experience for your SOWP application
