Applying outside Canada while living in Canada.

Hi to you all,

I am currently in Canada on a Young professional visa which does not expire till March 2013 and before that I was on a work and holiday visa for my first year in Canada.
I am a Dutch citizen and I have a Canadian girlfriend whom I lived with for longer than a year which means we are officially common law.
We are currently working on getting everything together for a sponsorship processed outside Canada but mailed inside Canada, meaning that she will sponsor me to receive permanent resident status. We are going to mail in our documents tommorow to immigration Canada in Missisauga for the first viewing, after that I assume that they will mail it to Vienna,Austria where the immigration office is. I have some concerns as I just came across a different checklist that I have not seen before saying that you have to be living outside Canada in order to process it outside Canada. Also it displays forms that I have never seen on my checklist such as IMM 5562 which is Supplementary Information. I found it under Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class on the CIC website.

Does anyone know if we also need to fill this out for our sponsorship application?

1. You use this package: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
2. If you were admittedto Canada for a year, you can choose CPP-Ottawa as the processing visa office. The COPR would be issued by one of the Canadian office in the US.
