Part 2 - Application for Permanent Residence in Canada IMM 0008 .. it asks .. which visa office requested for the process of your application ?? We are applying outland to South Korea but I know we have to submit the application to Mississauga first ... therefore do I write Mississauga or South Korea?

Sponsorship applications are processed in Mississauga, the Permanent Resident applications are processed out of country, so yes Seoul South Korea would be correct.
