Just wondering, am I missing any application forms? or any kind of supporting papers?
Your comment will be highly appreciated.

Sponsors will be father, mother and myself.

I have bachelors in Computer systems and networking and going for Masters in Information Systems Security, pretty similar courses, more like going into specialization. Do I still need a study plan?

Regards Nazia

It's okay. :D your case is straight forward from all angles. Just organize your docs in a professional way. Buy a paper clip which can hold 25-30 pages together. What is schedule -1 form?

Study Plan----->YES

My humble opinion is, you must attach study plan since there is no face to face interview so visa officer can not read your mind regarding future career goals . He will assume things on his own. Final choice is up to you. Attaching one page extra can't be an issue but attaching one less can be. Visa officer likes to see things in a clear cut way. Give them everything on the plate.

Thank you, I will attach a study plan.

Schedule 1 form is the info of my job experience, salary amount thingi, it also ask if I joined military or have any political influence etc.

Thanks again, regards :)

HI

I don't think there's any need to show asset evaluation , although you can show evidence of family property , each document you will

submit besides the "to the point documents" , will require reviewing from CHC as well so it could cause delays

Good luck!! :)

Dear Obeid_oo,

If I give them the asset papers, then it will be more than 15 pages, so I was wondering to give asset evaluation paper, done by a CA firm, its 2 pages only. The CA firm will confirm that we have these assets and the value is xxx. Thus i guess i no longer have to give property documents and the visa application will be much thinner.

Please advise.

Sounds good :)

Good luck to you!!!

You will not get your student permit because you are not showing sufficient funds!!

The formula is 1 year education cost + 1 year living expenses + return flight ticket + settling in money, held in cash in your named account for at least 4 months.

The amounts you state do not add up to this formula!! Do the math’s!!

Additionally you are not showing anything in the documentation that will assist you in the home ties question.

Dear gm2011,

"...held in cash in your named account..." - Citation please, where did you get that? please specify.

My biggest home tie is I came back home from Malaysia after completing undergraduate and working here for 3 years. And according to you, what can be better home ties that I can put in my papers? Please suggest.

Really appreciated your effort to do my maths :)

Regards

Hi

the

"held in cash in your named account for at least 4 months". this only works if the applicant is supporting

studies by himself and no one else is sponsoring financially

@snake how much is the bank statement amount that you will be showing ?

Dear Obeid_oo,

My parents are sponsoring me, as well as I am showing my money too.
I will be showing a total of $54,000 in my account, father and mother's accounts.

On 01 Jan 2011: (4 months ago), My father's account balance was $18,246. It became $16,000 as of today, as he does business, he had to do transaction now and then.

On 01 Jan 2011: My mother's account balance was $15,177. It became 20,000 as of today.

On 01 Jan 2011: my account balance was $8,700. It became $18,000 as of today.

Regards bro :)
