So, to make the story short, husband and I applied - outland - under family class/spousal sponsorship. I was here the whole time under a visitor visa, then an extension, then another extension. It was refused and we totally understand we didn't really provide enough documentation as we absolutely underestimated what they expect from you. We are now appealing that decision so we have a better chance of providing proper documentation and addressing some ridiculous things the officer stated. Thing is, my extension expires on Dec 31st and I applied for another one, however, that's gonna be my third extension and we're afraid it's gonna be refused since I've been here for two years now and haven't really left once. We were considering perhaps applying inland, but have no idea whether they would even accept the application considering we are appealing another one. Thoughts?
I do have a Multiple TRV that expires in July 2017 but there's probably a huge chance that they'd just refuse admission and we don't want to take that chance.

No - you can't unfortunately. You cannot submit another application in the same category while one is still in progress. Simply put - since you are appealing the outland application you cannot submit an inland application.

Thanks for the info. We'll just hope that they understand we are waiting for a hearing and hopefully I'll get another extension.
