Applying India PCC from Saskatchewan

Hi,

I'm planning to apply my INDIA PCC from BLS Vancouver (currently residing in Saskatchewan).

Could someone tell me the procedure who would have recently applied for this? and also how long does it take to get PCC?

It would be highly appreciated.
