My name is ahsan i m doing business in UAE. Licence of business is on my father name and i have employment visa of my business so i want to ask that i want to apply student visa i have done both ielts general and academic and have band 6.5 and 6. respectively i will show loan letter , Is loan letter help my application or 3 month bank statement support my application which one is better and what doc i will need to prove my ties in pakistan Is this enough to satisfy visa officer that i am running business here that i will come back after studies. thanks

Hi,

1. Where is your study plan? It's of NO USE to stress more on your business/license of business/employment visa of UAE. Focus more on your study plan/course selection/minimum required finance/IELTS because you intend to study in Canada.
