Applying from the US but won’t be there soon

Hello everyone, so I found out I did not get selected for the h1b lottery in America, so I’m trying to get a Canada PR.

I’ve already gotten the ITA and I’m confident that I can submit the application within 2 weeks, only things I have left are the fbi police certificate and my proof of funds document.

However, since my STEM OPT expired on may 31, I have to leave the US by Jul 31. I’m wondering what steps I have to take to prepare for this? Has anyone else been in a similar boat?

Once you move to a different country simply update IRCC on your change of address.
