Applying for Work Permit with COPR

Hi! I have recieced my COPR and will land in Canada end of September. Can I apply for a work permit before I land and before I have my official PR card? Do I need a SIN first?

I was just hoping to start applying for jobs now.

You are going to be PR so no need for a work permit. You get SIN once you land. You can apply for jobs now but will have to say that you don't have PR yet or legal right to work.

You don't qualify for a work permit and don't need one as a PR. You simply apply for a SIN after you have arrived in Canada and become a PR.
