hi i have submitted a application to sponsor my wife and she lives in Uruguay, she want to apply for a multipul entry visa to come visit me during the wait, what would be the best best visa to apply for and would it be a better chance to wait until i am aproved as a sporsorer. my question mark button is not work but there is two questions here if you could please help me

It will be very difficult to convince CIC to grant her a TRV while there is a pending application.
To do so, she must show significant ties to her home country. Otherwise, CIC will believe she is likely to overstay.
If she is refused, you could ask for a TRP (which overcomes inadmissibility) on the grounds that she is eligible for "early admission" (OP 20 Section 5.15). There is an additional charge for a TRP ($200) and it is discretionary - so you have to make a good case for why it should be issued.
