Applying for TRV from INDIA after obtaining post grad work permit

Hi everyone,

I obtained my post-grad work permit earlier in December 2016, and have traveled back to INDIA.
I haven't yet applied for my TRV, which I plan on to do from within INDIA.

If anyone could please suggest:

1. What would be the procedure? and
2. Which documents/forms need to be filled out?
