Applying for TRV directly to CHC in Delhi via Post.

Hello,

Can I bypass VFS and directly apply for TRV to CHC in New Delhi by post(courier)? Do they accept such applications?

If so, will they send the passport back by post/courier?

I read somewhere that it is not legal to post/courier passports - is this true and is this also applicable for within india or only for international posts? If true, then what is the point of the CHC accepting applications via mail?

Can send PP within India, however u can try online

But frankly VFS is way faster and better, don't bother sending personally
