Applying for the second time

Hi-

I applied for PR last year April & has to withdraw in september as i could not receive the documents on time. I have applied again this March & is wondering if the first time application withdrawing will has any adverse impact on the latest? Means will be withdrawl in the first case has any impact on my second? is it an black mark & treated as rejection?
