hi guys...after a long time writing in this forum..

i m going to apply for the third time ...got refusal 2 times and now applying for the 3rd time for May 2013 intake...guys do u have any sort of information tht might help me ?? also i have heard that Quebec PR is an option ..is dat true??

Hi, What class are you applying in? I hope you have researched well on the classes that you can apply. Federal skilled has become very restrictive and difficult. They need very specifically qualified ppl under the FSW. So it doesn't matter if you are highly qualified. If you dont fall under the category of what they are looking for, you are out of luck. Also there are only 10000 intakes a year. If you are so desperately trying to come to Canada, you should try to come here as a student and then apply under CEC. If all else is fine you will get your PR within 3 yrs of landing in Canada as a Student. Ie, assuming that you will be a student for a min of 1 year and then 1 yr of work exp and then 15 months to get the PR. So within 31/2 yrs. Quebec PR is an option, however you will need to prove that you know French and English and you might ahve to meet other needs for the Quebec.

thanks for your reply bro...well i have been rejected twice for a study permit to canada..one was for Sep 2012 intake and the other was Jan 2013 intake...i m going to try again for the May 2013 intake..

in the meantime i was enquiring abt PR and came to knw that Quebec PR option is available and is only open untill March 2013. I was told tht the Quebec gov has rolled out 26 categories (Quebec Priority list) and if you fall in this u are eligible for a PR to Quebec. The time for processing is apprx 18-22months. The minimum points u need to score is 49. I got myslef consulted and found that I make a score of 51 without the French language and if i do the level 1 of the French i would get another 4 -6 points...so can u tell me if you have any information abt the Quebec PR that i am talking abt?? I am not talking abt the FSW program..i was told its just PR for Quebec...Can you help me out with this ???
