Hi Everyone,
I had applied for the Bachelors of Computer Science program in Seneca College, and recently got the offer. I have accepted the offer, and now want to apply for the study permit.
Previously, I had applied for the study permit with offer from TDSB for Adult learning program. That program is basically gives you option to study and earn credits for Ontario Secondary Diploma.
Pathway to Advance Diploma or Degree programs in college and universities. But permit application was rejected, with below reasons .
I have reviewed the application. I have considered the following factors in my decision:
The purpose of the applicant's visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details provided in the application.
I further note that PA has provided limited information onto indicate why she would undertake secondary school in Canada instead of country of residence, where similar programs are available for a fraction of the cost. I am not satisfied the PA is a genuine student who would leave Canada at the end of authorized stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application.
Now, I want to mention my previous rejection in letter of explanation to explain that now I have a better offer with post secondary program.
Can someone please guide me how to make my say here.

Offer from TDSB Adult Learning Program, with grade 10th as education with no IELST. Paid half year fee and showed my sister and brother-in law funds with promise letter.
Current Application Details:
Offer from Seneca College Bachelors of CS program, with 12 grade as education and IELTS 6.5. Proof of funds from Sister and Brother-in Law with promise letter.
