Applying for study permit through SDS

I am applying for study permit. I have already paid my1st uear fees, GIC and have my medical and IELTS (7 band). My question is, when they say I am eligible for SDS, do I need to appy to some different portal or do I apply normally and they treat it normally?

not sure about the other countries that qualifies for sds but for the philippines, the document checklist form i checked the option “applying under sds”. this checklist form is part of the documents i submitted to vfs manila.
