I have been watching this forum for some time and I have finally decided to register and share my concerns with regards to applying for my study permit. I was accepted for MEng Civil Engineering at University of Windsor for May 2019 intake.
I was born and raised in Dubai, and lived here ever since. I completed my bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Sharjah, UAE.
Part of fulfilling the requirements of the UWindsor offer is to submit:
1) Confirmation of degree completion
2) Final transcripts indicating all courses & grades
The deadline to submit these documents is August 1, 2019. Do I have to fulfill these requirements before applying for the Study Permit?
In addition, will it affect my application if I am applying for a study permit with a student visa from UAE? As I have the capability of transferring my visa to a work visa in the UAE if it causes complications.
I hope someone can help me out with this before I proceed with applying for my study permit!
